Organs / Statutes The Union of the German Academies of Sciences and Humanities (registered association) „The Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences and Humanities, the Göttingen Academy of Sciences, the Bavarian Academy of Sciences and Humanities, the Saxonian Academy of Sciences in Leipzig, the Heidelberg Academy of Sciences and Humanities, the Academy of Sciences and Literature, Mainz, and the North Rhine-Westphalian Academy of Sciences and Humanities have joined forces in forming a Conference. They have decided that this Conference shall have the legal form of a registered association and, therefore, they have given the Conference new Statutes, replacing those of 23rd May 1973.
